1. Hizmet Tanımı

Japonca Cepte; sözlük, ders içerikleri, eğitim oyunları, kanji çizimi, tekrar araçları ve Premium öğrenme özellikleri sunan bir mobil uygulamadır.

2. Üyelik Türleri

• Misafir kullanım: kayıtlı hesap oluşturmadan, oturum güvenliği için geçici anonim kimlikle sınırlı kullanım
• Ücretsiz üyelik: temel içerikler, sınırlı ders ve oyun erişimi, Hoshi sistemi
• Premium üyelik: tüm içeriklere sınırsız erişim, reklamsız deneyim ve Premium özellikler

Hesap oluştururken Kullanım Koşullarını kabul eder ve Gizlilik Politikası hakkında bilgilendirilirsiniz. Bu kabul reklam rızası değildir; rıza gereken bölgelerde reklam tercihleri Google UMP üzerinden ayrıca yönetilir.

3. Ödeme ve Abonelik

• Premium üyelik ücretleri Google Play Store ve App Store üzerinden tahsil edilir.
• 7 günlük içerik paketleri güncel desteklenen Android sürümünde Google Play Store üzerinden sunulur.
• Abonelikler mağaza kurallarına göre otomatik yenilenebilir.
• İptal edilen abonelik, mevcut dönem sonuna kadar aktif kalır.
• 7 günlük içerik paketleri otomatik yenilenmez. Erişim satın alma tamamlandığında başlar; mağazanın izin verdiği durumlarda yeniden satın alma kalan süreye 7 gün ekler.
• İade süreçleri ilgili uygulama mağazasının kurallarına tabidir.
• Abonelik iptali uygulama içinden değil, mağaza abonelik yönetim ekranından yapılır.
• Ücretsiz deneme sunulduğunda, deneme süresi bitmeden iptal edilmezse abonelik ilgili mağaza kurallarına göre ücretli plana dönüşebilir.

4. Yaş Sınırı

Japonca Cepte 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaş altındaki kişiler uygulamayı ebeveyn veya yasal temsilci gözetimi olmadan kullanmamalıdır.

5. Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları

• Hesap bilgilerinin güvenliğinden kullanıcı sorumludur.
• Uygulama kötüye kullanım, hile, otomasyon veya yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanılamaz.
• Başka kullanıcıların deneyimini veya sistem güvenliğini zedeleyen davranışlar yasaktır.

6. Fikri Mülkiyet

• Uygulama tasarımı, kaynak kodu ve özel içerik akışları SO AppStudio'ya aittir.
• İçerikler izinsiz kopyalanamaz, dağıtılamaz veya ticari amaçla kullanılamaz.
• Kullanıcının oluşturduğu favoriler, listeler ve notlar kullanıcı hesabına bağlı kişisel içeriktir.

7. Hesap Silme ve Veri Silme

Kayıtlı kullanıcılar hesap silme işlemini, misafir kullanıcılar ise geçici anonim kimliklerini ve oturum verilerini silme işlemini uygulama içinden başlatabilir. Kayıtlı hesap silindikten sonra, profil, içerik, öğrenme veya puan verisi içermeyen minimal bir güvenlik kaydı yalnızca silinen verilerin daha önce açılmış bir oturum üzerinden geri gelmesini önlemek için tutulur. Hesabı silmek mağaza aboneliğini iptal etmez; otomatik yenilemeyi durdurmak için abonelik Google Play veya App Store üzerinden ayrıca iptal edilmelidir. 8. Hizmet Sürekliliği

Uygulamanın kesintisiz ve hatasız çalışması hedeflenir; ancak bakım, teknik arıza, mağaza veya üçüncü taraf hizmet kaynaklı kesintiler yaşanabilir.

9. Değişiklik Hakkı

SO AppStudio, bu koşulları ve uygulama içeriğini gerektiğinde güncelleyebilir. Güncel sürüm uygulama içinde veya resmî yasal sayfalarda yayımlandığında yürürlüğe girer.

1. Service Description

Japonca Cepte is a mobile application that offers a dictionary, lesson content, educational games, kanji drawing, spaced repetition tools, and premium learning features.

2. Membership Types

• Guest use: limited use without creating a registered account, using a temporary anonymous identity for session security
• Free membership: basic content, limited lesson and game access, and the Hoshi system
• Premium membership: unlimited access to all content, an ad-free experience, and premium features

When creating an account, you accept the Terms of Service and are informed about the Privacy Policy. This is not advertising consent; where consent is required, advertising preferences are managed separately through Google UMP.

3. Payment and Subscription

• Premium membership fees are charged through the Google Play Store and the App Store.
• Seven-day content packages are offered through the Google Play Store in the current supported Android version.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically in accordance with store policies.
• A cancelled subscription remains active until the end of the current period.
• Seven-day content packages do not renew automatically. Access starts when the purchase is completed; where supported by the store, another purchase adds seven days to the remaining access period.
• Refund processes are subject to the policies of the relevant application store.
• Subscription cancellation is performed from the store's subscription management screen, not from within the application.
• When a free trial is offered, the subscription may convert to a paid plan under the relevant store rules unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

4. Age Restriction

Japonca Cepte is not directed at children under the age of 13. Users under 13 must not use the application without the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

5. User Responsibilities

• The user is responsible for the security of their account credentials.
• The application may not be used for misuse, cheating, automation, or unlawful purposes.
• Behaviour that harms the experience of other users or the security of the system is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

• The design, source code, and proprietary content of the application belong to SO AppStudio.
• Content may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
• Favorites, lists, and notes created by the user are personal content tied to the user's account.

7. Account and Data Deletion

Registered users may initiate account deletion from within the application, while guest users may delete their temporary anonymous identity and session data from within the application. After a registered account is deleted, a minimal security record containing no profile, content, learning, or points data is retained solely to prevent deleted data from being restored through a previously opened session. Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription; to stop automatic renewal, the subscription must also be cancelled through Google Play or the App Store. 8. Service Continuity

Uninterrupted and error-free operation of the application is the goal; however, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical faults, or issues with stores or third-party services.

9. Right to Change

SO AppStudio may update these terms and the content of the application as necessary. The current version takes effect when published within the application or on the official legal pages.

アカウント作成時に本利用規約へ同意し、プライバシーポリシーについて説明を受けます。この同意は広告への同意ではありません。同意が必要な地域では、広告に関する設定をGoogle UMPで別途管理します。

3. 支払いとサブスクリプション

• プレミアム会員の料金は、Google Play StoreまたはApp Storeを通じて請求されます。
• 7日間のコンテンツパッケージは、現在サポートされているAndroid版でGoogle Play Storeを通じて提供されます。
• サブスクリプションは、各ストアの規約に従って自動更新される場合があります。
• サブスクリプションを解約しても、現在の利用期間が終了するまでは有効です。
• 7日間のコンテンツパッケージは自動更新されません。購入完了時から利用期間が始まり、ストアが対応している場合は再購入により残りの利用期間へ7日が追加されます。
• 返金は、購入したストアの規約に従って処理されます。
• サブスクリプションの解約はアプリ内ではなく、ストアのサブスクリプション管理画面で行います。
• 無料トライアルが提供される場合、期間終了前に解約しないと、ストアの規約に従って有料プランへ移行することがあります。

4. 年齢制限

Japonca Cepteは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。13歳未満の方は、保護者または法定代理人の監督なしに利用しないでください。

5. ユーザーの責任

• アカウント情報の安全な管理はユーザーの責任です。
• 不正利用、チート、自動操作、違法な目的でアプリを利用することはできません。
• 他のユーザーの利用体験やシステムの安全性を損なう行為は禁止します。

6. 知的財産

• アプリのデザイン、ソースコード、独自のコンテンツ構成はSO AppStudioに帰属します。
• 許可なくコンテンツを複製、配布、または商用利用することはできません。
• ユーザーが作成したお気に入り、リスト、メモは、そのユーザーのアカウントにひもづく個人コンテンツです。

7. アカウントとデータの削除

登録ユーザーはアプリ内からアカウント削除を開始できます。ゲストユーザーは、一時的な匿名識別子とセッションデータをアプリ内から削除できます。登録アカウントの削除後は、プロフィール、コンテンツ、学習、ポイントのデータを含まない最小限のセキュリティ記録のみを、以前に開かれていたセッションから削除済みデータが復元されることを防ぐ目的で保持します。アカウントを削除してもストアのサブスクリプションは解約されません。自動更新を止めるには、Google PlayまたはApp Storeでも解約してください。詳しい手順と対象データは次のページで説明します。

8. サービスの継続性

安定して不具合なく提供できるよう努めますが、保守、技術的な障害、ストアまたは第三者サービスの問題により利用できない場合があります。

9. 規約の変更

SO AppStudioは、必要に応じて本規約およびアプリの内容を更新できます。最新版は、アプリ内または公式の法的情報ページで公開された時点から適用されます。
